Non-refundable Booking Fee

All treatments require a non-refundable booking fee. This is redeemable on treatment day and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. When booking in a cosmetic tattoo treatment please note this is non-refundable and failure to show to appointment or less then 48 hours cancellation this fee will be retained by Brows By E. If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment after a failure to show or a less the 48 hours cancellation, an additional non-refundable booking fee will be required to do so. The original payment from the cancelled appointment will not be redeemable on the clients next treatment. If a client changes their mind or wishes to cancel an appointment at any time, the non-refundable fee will still be retained by Brows By E.

Refunds

Brows By E PTY LTD does not provide refunds.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cosmetic tattooing and lash extensions are a lengthy service which is why last-minute cancellations of this service generally cannot be filled. Your time is just as valuable as ours, so we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and a 50% of the total cost of the treatment will be required. Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late let us know in advance. If you are 15 minutes or more late the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% of the service cost will need to be paid. Future bookings will not be accepted until the payment is received.

No-Shows

No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the treatment/procedure cost to lock in future appointments. In the chance of this happening more one occasion you may be asked the full amount prior to the next appointment.

Collection of sensitive information

If the form asks you for the supply of sensitive information:

racial or ethnic origin;
political opinions;
membership of a political association;
religious beliefs or affiliations;
philosophical beliefs;
membership of a professional or trade association;
membership of a trade union;
sexual preferences or practices;
criminal record or health information about an individual.
You must only enter this information if you agree to our collection of this information, in adherence of this Privacy Policy.

Children and Friends in salon

No children or any other parties are allowed in the treatment room. It is ideal this treatment is performed with no distractions. Children are allowed in the waiting room accompanied by another adult. Children and other parties are expected to respect the salon, equipment and other paying clients. The waiting room is available for all other guests, children and clients and are expected to wait in a quiet and respectful manner. During any treatment/procedure if disruptions occur you may be asked to leave, and the treatment/procedure may need to be rescheduled and fees may apply.

Running Late

If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us. As most appointments are booked back-to-back, we will try our best to accommodate you. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment and a 50% of the service cost will need to be paid. Future bookings will not be accepted until the payment is received.

Breach Complaints: (After March 2014)

If you believe there has been a privacy breach, please contact us through the contact details section of this website. When we receive your complaint, we will respond the allegation by requesting our Information Technology service providers to investigate and report to us any issues. We will then update you with any issues and how we intend to resolve these issues.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our website or social media platforms you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
